HOW TO USE AGA GIFT CERTIFICATES
1. The AGA Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) entitles its holder to pay for menu services up to the face value of the Certificate. In case the actual cost of the services rendered exceeds the face value, the Certificate holder shall pay the difference. If the actual cost of the services rendered is less than the Certificate face value, the difference shall not be reimbursed. The Certificate holder may select food and beverages from the to-go menu for an amount up to the balance of the face value.
2. The owner of the Certificate is the person who actually holds the Certificate at the time it is presented at the AGA Restaurant.
3. The validity period of the Certificate during which it can be used to pay for services is six months from the date of its purchase. The date shown on the Certificate is the last day of validity. If the Certificate is not presented for payment at an AGA Restaurant during the validity period, the face value of the Certificate will not be refunded.
4. After the Certificate has been used, it remains with the AGA restaurant that provided the service.
5. The Certificate does not apply to credit for delivery services from the AGA restaurant.
6. A certificate of any value can be used one time.
7. The Gift Certificate is not exchangeable in monetary equivalent.
8. The Certificate holder must inform an AGA restaurant employee of the existence of the Certificate immediately prior to ordering by presenting the Certificate for identification. Based on the results of the identification, the restaurant employee informs the owner that it can be used for payment.
9. If the Gift Certificate cannot be identified, it will not be accepted for credit. The Certificate Holder may contact the Issuer at +7(921) 907−66−77. The holder must have the original Certificate in their possession from the time of application until the replacement is adjudicated.
10. The purchase and/or presentation of the Certificate confirms that its holder is fully familiarized with these Regulations and accepts them.
11. All information about the validity of the Certificate, including changes to these Rules, will be communicated to Certificate holders by posting the current offer on the website www.agarest.ru in the section "Gift Certificates and Candies".
